Pastry & Me

The red thread through my life is sensually and passionately intertwined with food. I built up my experience in Belgium, Paris and Lucerne, in an environment that was international, inventive and creative. As an international culinary advisor for Debic and as a guest lecturer in various schools, I meet daily food professionals who each go to great lengths to give their customers the best experience. More than 25 years of tasteful sharing experience I like to share with others.
